Learn Bootstrap 4 responsive web development

Bootstrap is the most popular open-source HTML, CSS, and JS framework for developing responsive, mobile-first projects on the web, developed by Twitter. It is a free collection of tools for creating websites and web applications. As I know it is a well-defined CSS.

Why we use:

Bootstrap is a framework to help you design websites faster and easier. The main reason that why we use it is responsive web layouts.

What is bootstrap?

If I define bootstrap, I will say it is just a CSS and JS file in which classes and functions are defined. Let consider we have an HTML file which contains the following code

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
<style>
button{
	background:#1E90FF;
	color: white;
	height: 35px;
	width:80px;
}
</style>
<body>
<!-- button design by css-->
By css: <button>Primary</button>

<!-- button design by bootstrap-->
by Bootstrap: <button type="button" class="btn btn-primary">Primary</button>

</body>
</html>

See the difference between the number of lines of code for a Button by designing with CSS and on the other hand with Bootstrap, that’s why in bootstrap we code less.

Let’s consider the button design with bootstrap4 which class=”btn btn-primary” there the .btn btn-primary{…} is also defined somewhere in bootstrap4 CSS file which is developed by Twitter developers. We don’t need to code for designing button just mention there class name which you want to apply on the button and other forms components.

We can say

less code = more work
